How much is a movie or game rental?
New Release Movies and Games are $4.18 for 3 full overnights, due before midnight on the 4th night. Catalog (Non-New Release) rental is $1.39 for 3 full overnights, due before midnight on the 4th night.

Do Blu-Ray discs cost more to rent?
No. All Blu-Ray discs rent for $4.18 for 3 full overnights, due before midnight on the 4th night.

How much are extra day fees?
If you keep your New Release Movie or Game past midnight on the 4th night, there will be a charge of $1.99 for each additional day. Catalog rentals have an extra day charge of .49 for each additional day.

How long is a rental period? When does it start and when does it end?
The rental period is for 3 full overnights, due before midnight on the 4th night. If, for example, you rent your product at 6:00pm on a Tuesday, the movie must be returned before midnight on Friday.

How do I pay for my rental?
Your Membership Card must be pre-loaded with a balance. The balance must cover the cost of the rental. You can add to your balance by either cash or credit card. The payment is made at the time of the rental.

Who can rent on my account?
We offer one card to the account holder. The card and your ‘PIN’ number is your responsibility. If you lose your card, please see our customer service representative at our location or contact us by calling 760.772.6939.

Do you have movies for sale?
Yes we do. We offer used movies for sale starting at $4.95. We also have adult movies for sale at $9.95.

When will there be a customer service person on site?
We will have a customer service person in the location during normal business hours. The store is accessible by using your Membership Card 24 hours a day.

If I reserve a movie on-line, how long do I have to pick it up?
You have 2 hours to pick up a reserved item. If it is not picked up within 2 hours, you will be charged a $1 service fee and the item will be released to the next customer.

How many movies & games can I have out at one time?
You can have up to 6 rentals out at once.

What happens if my DVD or game does not work properly?
Please return it to our customer service representative.

Do I have to return my movies to the location that I rented it from?
Yes.

Is my credit card number safe? What is the credit card security?
Yes, we use a secure method for credit card transactions. Your credit card number is not stored in the machine, and is encrypted in all transactions going to and from the bank.

Do I need to be 18 or older to receive a Video Depot 24/7 membership card?
Yes, and have a valid Visa or Mastercard.
